Cancellation Charges:

Courses/Conferences

i) Cancellation received in writing more than 14 working days before the event - Full Refund.
ii) Cancellation received in writing less than 14 working days but more than 7 working days before the event will be subject to a charge of 25%.
iii) No refund will be made for a cancellation received within 7 working days of the course/conference or failure to attend after booking.

Substitution may be made at anytime.

Distance Learning Post Experience Certificate Courses:
No refund will be made once the course material has been despatched.
