Complaints, appeals and discipline
The University will:
resolve problems through open and transparent communication.
provide information on the complaints and disciplinary procedures to be followed when a formal process is required.
ensure that disciplinary appeals processes are fair.
make independent advice and representation available through the Students’ Guild.
We ask you to:
seek help and support quickly if you encounter difficulties.
take advantage of advice and guidance available from your School Office and the University’s Hub and the Guild’s Advice and Representation Centre.
familiarise yourself with processes, regulations and codes of conduct.
comply with the disciplinary requirements of the professional bodies which accredit your course of study.
