Please note

The Student Charter is a summary of the mutual aspirations and expectations of the University and its students. Consequently, the Student Charter is not intended to be a legally-binding document. Hence, it does not set out to define or limit the legal obligations and/or rights of the University, its students or the Students’ Guild. Those obligations and rights are set out in other documents. Those documents include all regulations, policies, programme regulations, codes of practice, where relevant student handbooks and procedures issued by the University in relation to being a registered student of the University from time to time, as well as the University’s own Royal Charter and Statutes. Students should acquaint themselves with these documents.
