The Service is administered from The Hub on the ground floor of the Main Building. The Hub is open between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday – Friday during term time and 10am tto 4pm during holiday periods.
By email: counselling@aston.ac.uk. If contacting us by email, it is helpful to include your telephone number and your SUN
identification number. If you are requesting an appointment, it would be helpful if you could complete The Pre Counselling Form and attach it to your email. Your email will be treated confidentially.
If you have any concerns about the security of your email, please bring the Form in person when you come for your appointment.
