Register for Graduation

July 2013 Degree Congregations - Monday 15th to Friday 19th July (inclusive)

You must register for graduation (through MAP) by 10.00am (GMT) by Friday 7th June 2013, even if you wish your degree to be conferred in your absence or to defer graduation to a future ceremony.

You can register online from 10.00am (GMT) on FRIDAY 3rd MAY 2013 AT 10.00AM (GMT).  Simply login to My Aston Portal (MAP) and follow the link to graduation registration. Once successfully logged into the system, you will be presented with a link to begin registration.

Please do not wait for exam results before registering - failure to register by the deadline of Friday 7th June 2013 may result in you not graduating. If you are in any doubt as to whether you will graduate in July 2013, you must still register via MAP. If necessary, your name can be removed at a later stage.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE REGISTRATION ONLINE TO MEAN THAT YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED YOUR PROGRAMME OF STUDY. IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT ABOUT YOUR ELIGIBILITY TO GRADUATE IN JULY 2013, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SCHOOL.

Debts to the University

If you have debts with the University exceeding £500 you will not be able to register and are advised to clear the debt without delay.
