Aston Student Volunteer Week

 Student Volunteer Week has now passed for 2012.

A big thank you to all who participated and expressed an interest in the week, it was a great success!

We had over 30 organisations at the Voluntary work & Gap year fair, we spent 2 days helping the homeless at SIFA Fireside and spent a day helping British Waterways clearing a local canal.

Student volunteering week is taking place from 20th to 24th February!

The SVO office have been working hard to put on a series of one off volunteering events giving you the opportunity to get involved for a day, half a day or if you really enjoy the experience begin volunteering on a regular basis.

Events in place include:

  • Canal clean ups with British Waterways

  • Voluntary work & Gap year fair     

  • Help the homeless (Now full. Registration closed)                   

This is your opportunity to get INVOLVED!!
