The first stage of sanctions is:

  • The withholding of formal transcripts, diplomas and certificates relating to academic performance and references.
  • If you are in debt you may not be permitted to graduate.
  • If you owe the University any debt you are not permitted to enrol for a new academic year, unless satisfactory arrangements have been agreed with the Finance Department for repayment.

The second stage of sanctions is:

If you continue to fail to pay the tuition fees due, this will result in the second stage of sanctions being implemented, which is:

  • You will be required to withdraw from University and, if you are in Halls of Residence, you will be required to vacate your room.
