Paying the University

This section covers the various methods available to pay both your Tuition and Residence fees.

Please note all tuition fees must be paid in full on or before 31st October 2009.  You can setup an instalment using the online card system (www.aston.ac.uk/payments), this must be done by MAP (My Aston Portal).  We do not accept any other payment method for instalment.You have until 31st October 2009, to pay the first 50% and complete the instalment request.  Please see MAP for the instalment dates.

Bank Transfer

This option allows you to transfer funds from your bank account directly to the University bank - Direct Bank Transfer

Card Payments

You can make a payment using the University online facility along a number of other options to pay by credit or debit, and the range of cards that we accept - Card Payments

Cash Payments

You must visit the Cashiers Office in order to paid via this method - Cash Payments

Direct Debit

This is along with Online Card Payment are the only ways of paying by instalment - Direct Debit

Sponsored Students

If a third party typically a Company, Research Council or Government Institute is paying fees on you behalf please view details here. Please note family members do not qualify as sponsors. Sponsored Students
