The celebration lunches are always popular, so book early as we have limited spaces available. Graduation lunches are available 15th-19th July 2013. Closing date for bookings is 2nd July 2013.

Main Courses

Pan-seared breast of chicken, crushed new potatoes with sage and shallots
with peas, beans, sauté baby onions and a white wine jus

Potato gnocchi accompanied by sauté mushrooms, spinach and roasted courgettes, 
served with a blue cheese and chive cream sauce

Dessert

Vanilla crème brulee, served with a sweet almond biscuit

Fresh fruit salad with summer strawberries

 

The Courtyard Restaurant is located within Aston Business School Conference Centre and Hotel, within the Aston Business School building, directly opposite the Aston University Main Building entrance. (Building with red and blue sky lifts)
