• Compared examples of type of psychometric tests available/used by employers as part of assessment
• Considered how and why these are used by employers
• Discussed how you can prepare for psychometric tests
• Reflected on resources available to support you
• Learned what assessment centres are
• Considered why employers use these as part of their selection process
• Discussed what a typical assessment centre includes
• Focussed on how you can prepare for and be successful at assessment centres
• Reflected on learning outcomes of session
