All the rooms are set for indepent living with all modern facilities on hand, TV points in all rooms and high speed broadband via an external Internet Service Provider for just £9.99 for the academic year.
Facilities for students with a disability are catered for here in Lakeside; our building design considers varying mobility needs and includes a number of rooms fully accessible for wheelchair users.
Lakeside ensures maximum comfort and security for residents. Rent includes central heating, electricity and water costs. Rent is paid in three instalments over the Residential Year.
