The wireless service in residences is provided by StudentCom, provided by Cablecom Networking.

To contact StudentCom, call the StudentCom Helpdesk on 0844 943 1174 or visit the StudentCom portal at www.studentcom.co.uk/local.

Please do not contact the ISA Helpdesk as StudentCom is a completely seperate sevice to ISA.
