Peer Mentoring Officer
I co-ordinate the Peer Mentoring programme which pairs students in one to one mentoring relationships at crucial points of transition throughout their time at Aston. My main roles include raising awareness of the scheme amongst students and staff, recruitment, delivering training, matching mentees and mentors, providing ongoing support to all participants, gathering feedback, and organising related events such as workshops, review meetings and the Celebration Evening.
