Multimedia Technician
I’m one of AV Support team and helpdesk.
I support and train users to become self-sufficient on Learning Technologies like PebblePad, BlackBoard and equipment like Visualisers. I also usually take staff email bookings on Celcat for equipment and services to support teaching, and endeavour to keep our resources sustainable to minimise our carbon footprint.
Like many CLIPP staff I share my experiences on CLIPPboard, the CLIPP blog, and use the same technologies, especially PebblePad, myself whenever possible.
I’ve been at Aston since 1988, and in HE since 1974. I contribute to Wellbeing and Sustainability directly though coordinating AstBUG, JUCC and Unite.
