Safe Campus (2011)

Brief

We were asked to make a quick-turnaround video for the main website, addressing issues of security and safety around the campus and across Birmingham, which would involve input from the Vice Chancellor and from a selection of international students.

Products

This whole video was written, filmed, edited and uploaded onto the university’s webpages in just 5 days. We recorded a scripted piece to camera with the VC and also recorded 4 short interviews with postgraduate students, then used archive footage from around the campus to illustrate some of the points raised. A much longer script was recorded by the VC but this was cut down for this video.
