Brief
We were commissioned to
produce a suite of videos which would serve as an introduction to a CPD module
in Caring for the Child or Young Person with Life-Limiting Illnesses, to be
accompanied by up to 200 further hours of academic materials, to be delivered
online. The videos were to be comprised of an introduction, expert interviews
and technical demonstrations, and had an accumulated running time of around 3
hours.
Products
We created our own, simple
branding that was applied across all the videos and which subsequently informed
the module’s web pages, authored by Coventry University. The videos were shot
with a blend of interviews against bluescreen, background graphics, location
video, multi-camera studio demonstrations and onscreen text bullet points. All
were encoded for web-delivery, and a highlights video was also cut as a taster
for the expanded course.
