Brief
The university has
partnered with the EASB (East Asia Institute of Management) in Singapore to
provide a BSC Biomedical Science honours degree programme. Therefore two videos
were commissioned to introduce the university and the school to the students in
Singapore, in order to encourage feelings of unity and solidarity across the
miles and to inform them of Aston’s history and pedigree, its facilities and
its services.
Products
the
two videos were scripted and voiced by our favourite voiceover artist, Chris
Radley, to complement the LHS Virtual Tour videos we made with him last year.
The scripts were approved for ease-of-understanding to students for whom
English may not be their first language. We filmed a little bit of new footage
(signage mostly) and rostrum shot some old photos of the university facilities
in days gone by, but mostly we made both videos with our existing Media &
Learning Technologies archive footage.
