Portable Equipment

The following range of portable equipment is available for use in rooms without AV installations or that need additional facilities:

  • Portable data projector and screen
  • Laptop computer
  • S-VHS and MiniDV camcorders with tripods
  • HDD camcorders
  • TV & VHS video recorder
  • TV & DVD player
  • 35mm slide projector
  • Portable PA system
  • Digital audio recorder
  • Visualiser

The amount of portable equipment is limited and must be booked at least 3 days in advance by emailing av-support@aston.ac.uk This service is free for university teaching and learning purposes but conference and other bookings are subject to a daily charge.
