Making short films in the second language classroom

The purpose of this project is to show how making short films can be used as a teaching tool in the second language classroom. The project is based on a task in which students develop the plot of a short film in Spanish, write the script, rehearse, perform, shoot, and edit the film. The purpose of the task is to promote the use of language in context, increase motivation, encourage team work, and stimulate creativity.
