Research Interests
My
area of interest is the relationshipbetween employee benefits and
several outcomes including job satisfaction, organizational citizenship
behaviors (OCBs), company performance, loyalty and turnover. These
relationships are not direct and are mediated by several possible
factors. The possible mediating factors include trust, security,
perceived equity, and the psychological contract.
