My
post at Aston Business School commenced on 1st September 2001. This has
involved teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level, leading the
MSc in Human Resource Management and Business, undertaking research and
PhD studies. Since 2008, my role with Stuart Cooper as Co Director of
Social Responsibility and Sustainability has involved taking the lead
in the school on curriculum, organisation and research issues relating
to SR & S.
