Research Interests
I am an HRM professional with an interest in how organizations achieve strategic renewal through learning. My work often spans disciplinary boundaries, drawing upon HRM, organizational learning and work psychology literature; I have focused on the for-profit sector, but recently extended my interests to encompass the health-care environment. I have a strong and developing research profile, combined with an interest in applying ideas in a practical context, based on my background in industry.
