The Total Quality Management (TQM) in Kuwait Business Environment (Oil Sector).
Research Description
This research investigates the Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation in the Kuwait Business Environment, specifically in the Kuwait Oil sector. The research aims to study the perception of top management in Kuwait Oil sector towards Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation in their business environment and factors (control variables) that could have an effect on the process of this implementation (e.g. national culture, managerial level...etc). As there are no current quality models developed for Kuwaiti business environment, this research also aims to develop a total Quality Model that applies in return to the Kuwait business environment in general and to the Oil sector in specific.
