Keith Glanfield is the Foundation For Management Education Fellow in Aston Business Schools Marketing Group. Having spent 20 years in senior commercial positions in the private and public sectors , Keith successfully built brands and delivered growth in consumer, sme, corporate, public sector and international markets. Keith’s academic and research interests span business-to-business marketing, marketing communications, the effective strategic use and application of branding across all sectors, and in particular, the effective use of branding inside organisations. Keith is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s West Midlands Board and features in the CIM’s forthcoming centenary publication, “ The Marketing Century”, covering the past, present and future of internal marketing.
