Dr. Howard Lightfoot has joined the EREBUS management team as a Research Fellow in Business Transformation.

Howard’s role is to collect data from each of the individual EREBUS projects, by working with the students, associates, academic and company supervisors. This is to ensure that the lessons learned from the EREBUS project about maximising the impact of university-industry collaboration, are not lost.

Howard has held academic research positions at Cranfield, Loughborough and Cambridge Universities previously. He has also held senior management positions in industry (including Marconi, Volex and several SMEs). He has over 25 years’ experience in international business development experience gained in Western Europe, USA and the Far East. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. We are pleased that he has joined us on a two year part-time basis located at the Aston Business School.
