  • The Conference registration fee includes: The welcome reception, conference participation, lunches, tea / coffee during breaks, conference dinner, book of Abstracts, CD of full papers, copy of the Palgrave book from the 2012 Conference.
  • The doctoral fee does not include the Palgrave book.
  • The conference fee does NOT include accommodation, travel or transfers.
  • On line conference registration opens Mid- November 2012 and will close on Wednesday 6th March 2013.
  • Presenters registration deadline Wedmesday 20th February 2013. NB:  For papers to appear in the conference proceedings, at least one registered person must be available to present the paper at the conference. Authors should ensure that registration and payment for at least one author has been received no later than the 19th February 2013 in order to ensure inclusion in the final Conference Programme.
  • Late Booking fees of £30  will be applicable between Thursday 28th February to Wednesday 6th March 
  • Fees are payable by credit card, are non- refundable and must accompany bookings. (However, should payment by credit card not be possible please contact Maria Podsiadly m.podsiadly@aston.ac.uk 
  • We remind all authors that acceptance of a paper by the Programme Committee implies an agreement by the author and any attending co-author that they may be expected to chair a session.
  • Payment of the conference fee must accompany your booking and should be paid by 6th March 2013 and is non-refundable.
  • Receipt: a receipt for the conference fee can  be provided by e-mail via the online payment software
  • When you arrive for the conference please sign in at the registration desk and collect your conference pack.
  • Conference dinner:The dinner on the 22nd March 2013 evening will held at Aston Villa, (location approx 3 miles from the conference venue) Coach transport, at allocated times, will be provided from the conference venue.
  • Accommodation: the conference fee does NOT include accommodation, travel or transfers. Conference Aston accommodation is bookable online via the accommodation link or you are free to choose your own accommodation.
