So why did I choose Aston University ?
Well for me it was a feeling I had inside that this is going to be my university! The courses offered are amazing and give you so much choice to select what you want to study . You can learn languages and work in other countries as part of your course , which is also an amazing opportunity.
Aston is one of the universities for business. It offers an industrial placement as part of your course and has a great and supportive Placement Team .I was looking for placements this year and secured my dream placement with help from the team, who offer advice and preparation for job applications .
Aston' s unique AUNTIES - students that will help you to move in and will be there for you for the first 1-2 weeks, are a great in helping you to settle in and enjoy your university life to the fullest. Campus life at Aston is great in general , I enjoy it so much as there are so many societies and things you can do .
Aston students work hard ... but we play hard as well, which also brings me to the nightlife .
Nightlife is great too . Birmingham is a student city and that's what the nightlife reflects , we have so many clubs and bars you can go to , which is really nice.
Birmingham is a great city to live in! Since our university is so central, it takes about 10 minutes to walk into the city centre and the Bullring , one of the largest shopping malls in the UK.
Aston should definitely be your first choice University!
