Sue Fraser

Following graduating from Aston with a 2.1 in Managerial and Administrative Studies, I have spent the past 20 years working in technology, predominantly in Banking and Finance.   Since 1994, I have worked for JP Morgan and have undertaken a variety of roles including Team Leader, Vice President and Executive Director.

I have had a challenging career working across a wide variety of technologies in a wide variety of roles.  I am a fully qualified ITIL Expert for both ITIL Service Management v2 &3.   Sometime during the past 20 years I also managed to have 2 children who are now 10 and 12.
