To apply for any of the programmes, please complete our online application form. Please only apply for one MSc programme within Aston Business School, you may list a second choice of course in your personal statement.
With the application you need to include:
An official academic transcript of your university grades to date. International students need to ensure they provide an official English translation
Two professional references – at least one must be from an academic referee. Further information about references.
International students who have not completed their full degree in a native English speaking country will also need to satisfy our English language requirements with one of the following:
TOEFL Internet Based Test score of 100 overall (with a minimum score of 23 in writing and speaking and 20 in listening and reading)
IELTS score of 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.5 in writing and speaking and 6.0 in listening and reading)
- PEARSON score of 61 overall (with a minimum score of 61 in writing and speaking and 53 in listening and reading).
Pre-sessional English language programmes are available for good applicants whose English qualification falls just short of these requirements.
We cannot begin to assess your application unless you include an official academic transcript of your university grades so far. IELTS/TOEFL scores can be sent at a later date.
When to apply
Applications for full-time entry in September are normally required by July, but will be accepted later subject to places being available. However, we advise you to apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment, as the more popular programmes get full very quickly. International applicants should ensure that they apply with sufficient time to complete visa applications should they be made an offer.
Receiving the decision on your application
When we make a decision on your application you will receive an email from us communicating one of the following:
- That we have given you a conditional offer
- That we have given you a firm offer
- That we are unable to offer you a place.
