Professor Paula Jarzabkowski's current IICI/ESRC project featured in the Evening Standard, FT article, the cover of Insurance Day, and the Insurance Insider.

This is a major insurance industry project,  which involves employing ethnographic methods to improve insurance companies ways of working by learning more about how insurers make business decisions.
