International Exchange Opportunities
Aston Business School strives to meet the current needs of employers and students in our globalised economy. To achieve this we have forged strong links with other high quality business schools worldwide, presenting our students with exciting international study exchange opportunities.
Students currently have three options to study abroad, two of which are undertaken in the final part of their one-year degree: our Term 3 Exchange Programme and the Cultural Studies Summer Programme . The third option, the Double Degree, is undertaken once their studies at Aston are fully completed, and offers the possibility of obtaining a second Master degree from one of our partner institutions by spending an additional year with them.
Term 3 Study Programme
This allows students to gain academic credit towards their degree through studying at one of our partner institutions (subject to Course Director’s approval). Students replace their Term 3 Aston modules with an appropriate number of modules studied at the partner institution.
Our Term 3 Exchange programme partners include:
Cultural Studies Summer Programme
Students may also participate in our Cultural Studies Summer Programme. This does not count towards their Aston degree but is designed as a cultural/academic addition to their Aston course. It is undertaken in the summer period at the end of the students’ final term of study.
This programme is particularly suitable for those students’ who do not have the module flexibility within their degree to participate in the Term 3 Study Programme. Our Summer Programme partners include:
Double Degrees
This allows students who have successfully completed the taught part of their course at Aston to enrol in the final year of one the Grande Ecole MSc programmes of one of our French partners and to obtain a second Master degree.
All Study Abroad programmes are taught in English and are exempt from tuition fees.
