In the sixth of a series of Sixty Minute Master Classes, Professor Robin Martin illustrates the importance of a relationship-based approach to leadership.

The presentation will focus on how the relationship between manager and subordinate develops and relates to employee and team well-being and performance:
  • Why is relationship quality so important to leadership?
  • Why do managers have good relationships with some team members and poor relationships with others?
  • How to manage 'difficult' people!
  • How to develop good relationships with all team members.
