Social Entrepreneurship

Mike Bandar

Thank you to those who attended our Social Entrepreneurship event

Are you a student, recent graduate or member of staff at Aston University with the passion to put into practice an idea that will create positive social impact?

Your idea could be in the area of the environment, healthcare, education, social cohesion in the local community, fair trade or micro-finance.

If you are, Aston has partnered with UnLtd, a charity with a long history of supporting social/community enterprises. Together we can work with you to develop your plans, offer you access to a range of specialist advisers, and financial support of varying sizes.

Come along to a launch event to find out how to make your social venture a reality. Lauren Croll, Development Manager (HEI Social Enterprise Programme) will be presenting some examples of previous case studies, alongside staff and students from Aston who have benefitted from the programme in the past.
