Get Involved

Aston has a dedicated Fairtrade Steering Group made up of a mixture of members of staff and students. The staff members that sit on this group are from all areas of the University including purchasing, estates, the library and academic departments.

The group are always on the look out for people who are passionate about Fairtrade, who would be willing to bring some new ideas and enthusiasm to the group. They are particularly in need of some students representatives to join the group at this time.

If you are interested in supporting Fairtrade at Aston but do not have the time to commit to becoming a member of the Steering group then you can still get involved. The Steering group undertake lots of events and activities every year and are always in need of willing volunteers on a one off basis.
